Over the weekend, Columbia’s Pine Hall residents celebrated the end of the school year by attending an outdoor summer gathering.
Held on the patio of the Pine Hall Girls residence, students took the advantage of the weekend’s warm temperatures and spent the afternoon hanging out with friends, listening to music, snacking on fruits and treats, playing board games, and enjoying the outdoors. Students also showed great character traits like inclusiveness and caring by involving all residents in their afternoon activities.
As the majority of exams finished on Friday, May 8, the party was a great way to end the semester and transition into the summer months. Students staying to study during the summer semester can look forward to many more great activities and outings. Information on trips and events is available in the Student Development department, room S244.
